RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORISATION (RMA)

In order to provide you the best service, please read the RMA Return for Repair Policy below:

Option 1 – Premium Service (return to factory)
• Direct to GarrettCom Factory in US
• Online status

a) Go to the GarrettCom Inc website: http://www.garrettcom.com/techsupport/RMA/rma.htm and follow the instructions.

b) When you receive an RMA number, return the goods quoting that number.

Option 2 – Regional Diagnostic Service
• Fault diagnosed locally

If a fast response is not required, you can obtain an RMA number from +44 (0) 870 3825 777. You will then receive a form for you to describe the symptoms of the fault along with instructions on how to return the goods to the UK office.

Packaging and Shipping Information

When you need to ship a unit back to GarrettCom, please follow these instructions:

1. Package the unit carefully. It is recommended that you use the original container if available. Units should be wrapped in a “bubble-wrap” plastic sheet or bag for shipping protection (you may retain the user manual).

CAUTION: Do not pack an unprotected unit in Styrofoam “popcorn” type packing material. This material may cause electro-static shock damage to the unit.

2. Clearly mark the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number on the outside of the shipping container and any paperwork that accompanies the shipment.

3. With both options, you have to meet the cost of returning the unit(s) to the relevant centre.
