Industrial Ethernet Training
GarrettCom Europe offers training courses in Ethernet and Industrial Ethernet and have been developed by experts in the technology to equip engineers with all the knowledge they need to specify, install and maintain Ethernet networks in industrial applications.
Two courses are available, both aimed at meeting the needs of systems engineers, support technicians, systems integrators, consultants, or anyone migrating to an Industrial Ethernet network

Ethernet Training Courses
Two day ‘GarrettCom Certified Network Associate’ Ethernet Training Course
This is Garrettcom’s main training course, which is run on roughly a quarterly basis. It aims to provide engineers with clear and concise coverage of introductory and intermediate networking topics. Following completion of the course, students should feel confident installing and configuring Industrial Ethernet switched networks. The GCNA is run at Garrettcom’s training facilities in Gosport, Hampshire.
NB Please note that we will have to be stricter with the syllabus as we are catering for students of varying levels of technical ability.
Two day Customer Specific Ethernet Training Courses
This course aims to focus on areas that are relevant to a specific customer’s requirements, and can include more advanced topics that are not covered on the GCNA course. They can run at the customer’s premises or at our training facility in Gosport, and dates are flexible.
